Climate Tech Venture Impact
Green Accelerata’s aim is to support Founder's to mature their operations and deploy the solutions we need to reach CO2 net-zero emissions.We work with Founder’s in a tailored manner depending upon where their solution is in the lifecycle.We also work with Venture and Project Capital companies to contribute to value growth.Our approach is to understand the gaps using Adoption Readiness Levels (ARLs) and then work with the Founder to plan, organise and deliver a successful demonstrator and commercial scale operation. Also confirm the go to market and commercial approach. Deploying solutions globally.

We deliver tailored support that is based upon what is needed. Using these four elements:
1. ACTION BASED PLAN
Assessment and analysis
Reviewing the current stage of your business, including technology and adoption readiness, strategy, team and resources.
Establish what is needed to get to a mature product delivery.
2. PROJECT DELIVERY
Support to project delivery
Working with you to deliver demonstration and full scale production projects. Concentrating on your gaps to project delivery, including project management, planning, operations, legal and commercial elements.
3. MARKET DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT
Go To Market (GTM) and scale
Analysing the right markets for you, selecting markets and developing the Go To Market. Planning and organising delivery across selected markets. Working to establish project finance.
4. EARLY FOUNDER SUPPORT
Building early stage climate and green tech
Working with Founder's in early stage ventures. Supporting decision making, team development, planning, access to venture capital and successful early pilots and demonstrations.
